At CityIsland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of video games. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
We will accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- The product is defective
- The product is not of satisfactory quality
- The product is not as described
If you wish to return a product, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and has not been used or opened. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product is defective or not as described. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be for another product of equal or lesser value.
